Both Sunny and I loved this CD it was very well put together and Supraluxe was as if they had never missed a stride in writing songs, The music was great and with the last song’s jump to the other side of mars it left me guessing what next from these guys?.  Supraluxe marches to their own drummer and that drummer is Bill Lee, Jim Risser’s guitar and vocals are great, His lyrics are right in line with the first CD, with mystical emotions rising tempo with mellowing morning dew! it says HEY I am here and I have feelings too at the same time screaming out the moons over casting shadow of twilight bliss. Yes this is Supraluxe and  the CD Wake Leave Home Sleep has something terribly wrong with it, The power of pop and the grind of rock with a touch of meat from life and experience is all in it, but what I do not hear is the copying of music from the first CD, many bands can’t seem to walk away from a great first CD and copy songs and rewrite them to try to have more big hits, Supraluxe did not do that on this CD, Bob Burns keyboards where as stellar as they could be, chiming out sounds of extacy like sparrows flying to heights of mating with songs of love as a harp plays the song of dome and passion. Rich Pearsons bass was like something of fret hell, There was no basic boom boom boom being played, chords of sound, growls of the lion and sounds of thunder erupt in  emotional resistance from the cries within. All in all Wake Leave Home Sleep is a mighty triumph of music and lyrics casting great emotions to the listener, This CD is a must own for any music lover!
